Well, had a little problem with the toe on the car. I measured across the wheels and there was a 2 inch difference at center tread. Today I hiked the front end up again and turned each tie rod out 1/4". Why 1/4":
1. Measure total distance and divide by 2, splitting the difference:
2/2 = 1
2. Take the difference and divide by 2 again to get the total distance for each tie rod end.
1/2 = 1/2"
That's where I was at when I started. Then I realized for every 1/4" I moved the tie rod, the tire tread was moving 1/2". I stopped at 1/4 and it worked for me....LOL! Better lucky then good.
Next stop is Bee Line for the fine tuning and final adjustments.
By the way: No leaks from the pan yet....WHEWWWWWW!!!
