Hi-To lo pass converter james. It just splices into the speaker wires.

James, you will have to tie into the rear deck amps and use an adaptor that cost about $25.00 bucks. I had mine done at Best Buy but there is a good thread on how to do it yourself. I will look for it. -Shane
