Didnt you guys know that the more scoops and plastic ground effects you have (even if they are just there to cool the inside of your fender) the faster your car goes!!! Also if your rear spoiler is taller than the roof of your car your faster still... All he needs now are some stickers!! The owner of this car definitely cam from the Import scene.... Maybe he/she should go back there.....LOL
