Don't be too quick to judge! This car is a collector's item! Before SVT there was SVO (Special Vehicles Operations) and this little monster had an intercooled 2.3 turbo in it that kicked ass. The scoop is off center because the intercooler is off center. If you can find one of these unwrecked, BUY IT, running or not!
