Underdrive Pulleys

Looking on buying some underdrive pulleys for my stang. Was looking for someone in the know who could help me install them before I buy them. It doesn't look to hard but I think you need some kind of tool required to take off the upper pulley.

You will need pneumatic tool to remove the crank pulley. Emilio have the tools to do it.
