Ok so I just bought my first Cobra.

its an 03 Vert the rotors are cracked and the tires are about fried.

I am looking for any suggestions. At this point in time I am looking at

American Muscle.com

Black 2003 Style Cobra wheels 17x9 Front and 17X10.5 in the back
Powerslot Rotors and Hawk HP plus performance Pads

Discount Tires.com

Nitto Extreme Performance NT555 275/40
Nitto Extreme Performance NT555R Drag Radial 315/35

I am also looking on Discountbrakes.com

EBC black zinc brakes much cheaper then the other ones. Any help anyone?

just a little FYI, the EBC black brakes only stay black for a couple of stops...

llolololoololol!!!this is true,,, its just a break in coating if im not mistaken

True, not sure about it being a break in coating but it keeps the rust down everywhere that the brake pad doesn't have contact with.

JLT is the only way to go...great looking intakes! Love mine! Key is to stay away from metal intakes or atleast thats a popular thought. Stick with PVC, Carbon Fiber.

i dont want to speak out of place here,,,,,, but i beleive the install is intended to install fitz's parts. maybe you could set up another install for your parts, if you cant install them yourself, in your own garage. (which you should be able to do, theyre not too hard, if you need a caliper tool, lemme know, ill let you borrow mine). let fitz have his time to get some help and his car in shape!!

like i said,,, dont want to speak out of place, but lets not pirate someone elses install!!

No hard feelings lets all help each other. I just hope i can get all the parts by next weekend and we can do it on the 19th or 20th. I on the other hand can do it all my self and I will if I have to but it will take me all day and maybe part of the next. Cause as we all know once you get into some thing like this theres always at least one problem where I will be heading to the store for another part I just pray that the Calipers are all good. :elefant:
