Water Pump Leak...Change It?

Had the car on the rack tonight. Out of the blue, water began dripping out of the water pump weep hole. I drove it off the rack, no leak. Drove it home and parked in the driveway...no leakage. Put it in the garage...still no leakage. Change it now or wait??

change it, its not suppose to leak anytime sounds like the bearing is going bad...

change it. when you change the water pump, do you change the timing belt also...oh wait, that was my prelude

if the timing belt is not bad, don't have to change it. How many miles?

Time chain is not that old and should be fine. Was changed about 50K ago

You don't need a high flow piece. A jegs or summit will be fine. Spend the $60 and be done with it, but I would say make sure the leak is coming from the water pump first and not somewhere else. Check all of your hose clamps and hoses for cracks.
