But she said she's not a 'forum type of gal' at the moment.

Heck yeah, I would love some jackets or shirts made !!!

I won't be able to go to the Labor Day party, I wish though, I can only drive my Stang locally right now because it's 'technically' totaled :(

Awww Chick!!! Would be a blast, but I know that if my car was messed up , even a little, I wouldn't go far either. Hope you can get it fixed soon!!! We are going to the labor day thing but certainly not going swimming if those guys even go close to the water!!! LOL

Sorry Ladies,
I don't have myself up on a MYSpace or any other site than this one. I don't even have the time to read all that is here and most of all I think it is scary.

This is the very first time I have ever even joined a club of any kind at all ever. My BF encouraged me to join for the possibility of making friends. My life has been all about professional dance, fine art and commercial photography, and now, garden design. All of these professions are very competitive so friends are hard to come by.

I am a very trusting person which is only admirable if everyone were Shirley Temple but they aren't. It boggles my mind to think of predators out there in the ether. Heck, it boggles my mind to think of anyone being mean at all therefore I get 'slapped' a lot, ripped off, and taken advantage of because I'm too nice until, of course, I am backed into a corner. No need to extrapolate on that issue.

And last but not least, I am an extremely private person. I don't want the whole world to know who I am or how to find me. That is done easily enough as it is without adding another avenue. This site is too much exposure as it is. I've had 'groupies, stalkers, and just mean people find me, follow me and make my life more miserable. It is tiring and scary.

So I will just stick to this for now. Crap...the people on the chat box are scary. LOL

FS, the only reason that people love to mess with you is because you are a strong woman!!! Men don't like to know that there are women out here that are smarter than they are, or are able to do their own engine work!!! And of course they dont' know how to deal with that kind of woman. Rob and I do notice such things when I am trying to discuss something with some of them, either they won't take me seriously, make fun, or interrupt me (as Rob has done, and he has gotten his butt-kicked for that!) Dang it!! I am a woman, yes, but I do have knowledge about a lot of things that guys don't think is girlworthy, Good God! I may love pink and of course blue, :) but that doesn't mean that I don't want to be heard ither. I wish the male chauvanists would take a long walk off a short bridge!!! ROFL just venting hehe

Oh, and I'm with you on the facebook thing...twitter....Myspace....I am scared to death of those things, you hear so much bad. But....unfortunately, I am going to soon be on Facebook, that is the only one the military seems to endorse to keep in touch with their men and women and their families. Rob was forced into it for his job as he is having me get on there to stay in touch when he leaves mid Oct.

Thanks for the reminder that men are indeed threatened by strong, mouthy (haha) women. My BF interrupts me too but he pays for it! I can be not so easy to live with. neeneerneeneer LOL

Funny, When I go to the Syndicate, the girls are nice and conversational with me but the guys all stay about 10' or more away. When took my car in yesterday, I wanted to make certain Tony understood EXACTLY what he has been assigned to do. I nearly had to holler at him because he kept backin' up.

When Stangarella was ready to go I wanted him to SHOW me and EXPLAIN to me the steps he had taken to get the job done. The reason I tell you this is because I picked up on his 'fright' and his attempt to stay back so I kept moving toward him. It was like the Three Stooges sort of going around my car 50 times. I was laughing so hard I nearly pd myself. I finally let him go. LMAO! The rest of the guys won't even look me in the eye. LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL!

I understand your need for MySpace. If I had a man in Military I would certainly want to be able to see him and keep in touch.
