Greetings fellow Wicked Stangs users,
As you can probably imagine, running Wicked Stangs website requires quite a bit of work and a decent sum of money each month for hosting charges. Our moderators, particularly wikedcobra312, Windveil Blues, (slap me if I forgot someone), have all done an outstanding job and are to be commended.
Wicked Stangs Forum has a handful of advertisers who are much appreciated and we also participate with a number of affiliate program banner ads, which you've probably noticed. It would be nice for the site to become self-supporting, financially-speaking, as my wife dutifully points out that my hobby/passion accumulates a decent sum of charges each month on my credit card. I'd like to expand and improve the site, as well, which requires funding.
If you feel Wicked Stangs website has proven useful, is a nice alternative to the other boards, or that you would like to contribute to keep it running smoothly, your donations are welcome and will be used wisely to improve and expand the site and it's audience. The donation amount is up to you, but $20 seems more than reasonable. Anyone who makes a donation of $20 will receive a wickedstangs.com email address (e.g., yourusername@wickedstangs.com), 100MB of file storage for photos, Private Message(PM) increased currently 50max, and their username will be displayed to distinguish it as a "donating member".
