Weekly events??

Summer is over and our weekly El Cajon Cruise is past:nononononono:
Anybody got some ideas for a weekly event to fill the void? I'm thinkin "Sonic Wedsndays". Anyone else ?

Fighting Sailor, why not set this up for a Saturday evening out at Sonic? Just stp and talk tot he owner and get us on their schedule or whatever...Sounds great to me. I cant make weekday evenings but weekends may get more attendance from some others too.

Danny and I talked to the manager awhile back. He is all about clearing a whole side just for us (on a weeknight off season)..
Sonic or the day of the week isn't the point though... I am looking for legit Ideas for weekly get togethers.. The El Cajon Cruise was a very effective recruiting tool and gave us something to look forward to every week. I want to keep that rolling.

I tried to start this awhile back and the interest was very little due to it being just us kind of thing....It was about a year ago now I guess or so. Like a cruise night kind of thing.

Fosters, Sonic, or any other place would be great. SCS meets at Oggi's so even something like that would be ok.... but it would get expensive to do weekly.

Hooters Mission Valley on Saturday evenings? I am in as long as it fits around all my other BS I have going on.

We could just meet at a Starbucks too on a certain night to hang out. The one off Tierra Santa Blvd has plenty of parking.

Well it has been happening, all summer long we have been meeting every weds. for the El Cajon Cruise. 3 - 5 of us at 1st 12-15 each time for the last month. I like Starbucks... I go to that one almost every day! I'm going to post it up for Tomorow. Myself, Yose& Angel, and you all live close.. Lets give it a try.

Yeah I have been busy on weeknights all summer so havent been able to make it unfortunately. lets do the Starbucks thing.... I have a few more weeks of Football though at the highschool there on Wednesdays. Thursdays are my day off from coaching...

And it worked because it wasnt just our group, it was an actual event not just WS's.... that was my point above.
