That was an easy project, with several guys lending a hand.

Soliz, that shaking could be attributed to the motor mounts as you were saying. Easy fix. Don't forget to check that trans fluid again once its warmed up and driven in all the gears.

That's what it was when I put my gear in a few months ago. Unless they charged less for active duty.

Soliz could tell us when he signs on.

Soliz, still have that little bolt. Guys said it looked like a speedo bolt. Will keep it so if you seem to be missing one just let me know. Odds are it was from someone else but just to make sure I'll hang onto it. -Shane

Extra parts left over is not a good thing. But we did go over and checked it a few times afterward to make sure everything was good. Hopefully, its left over from other people's work.

Pretty sure it was already there and we didnt mess with any bolt that size that I can think of. But, just thinking on the safe side ya know.-Shane

That little speedo bolt is more than likely from the other trans. Before installing the replacement, Soliz sat them side by side and swapped over needed bolts, electrical lines...etc.

Its $5 an hour for a lift and it is less for a flat bay, but everyone is a prick and doesn't like to do anything but leave their piles of **** in the flat bays for months on end without so much as driving by to look at it. The pricks who just leave their cars there really really make me mad. Half the time I could get by without a lift but no a bunch of a holes leave their cars there for months in the regular bays without regard for others. Either fix it or get it out of there.

I agree and on dry side 32 street there was a black POS firebird that had been in the bay for ever and already racked up 600 in fees. The entire bottom of the car was rust and the rotors on the floor were OMG horrible and he had eaten through one wall of them and was running on the support mounts inside. Guy told me he had a week or two before the forklift came into get it. -Shane
