I put twin Ford Gt pumps in mine with a stage 2 FPDM and have never had any issues. Do it once right and forget about it!!!!!

Does your pumps have two wire harnesses? i think have to wire one in to the other but unsure because of the cut switch in the trunk, if i can i want to pull that two just to be safe

Ok so the guy that selling it said he looking for 550 or so for it these tanks with pumps brand new retail for 650 to 700 i feel he gouging the **** out of the price, what do u guys think?

you probably told the guy you need tha tank asap.. i would jack my price up to...

if its worth close to 700 550 isnt bad.. sometimes when you need something now you have to pay a little more

he is a really nice guy and he was selling it for friend, i got hom down to 500 and that was it, he wouldn't budge, hey i gotta do what gotta do to stay in the game....

well anyways, i have to run to the junk yard and pull a FPDM of another GT and it's harnes so i can wire it in to the main harnes, i spoke with dante and i have to run dual FPDM's and so it's gonna be tight but not gonna give up now....

yosi, do you have twin FPDM'S? dante told me to wire a second one it and it doesn't make sense because i have come across a couple of how to's on the swap and they dont say thing relating to add FPDM's i got the one off of the guy that sold me the cobra tank and it's same as the gt so if you could let me know that or basicly any one with a cobra.....

Ok update, i just installed every thing put some gas in her and ran it for about 10 minutes, soon as it got up to operating temp it started the same bs it did last night, lights dimming, dash lights flickering, and the same trouble code said low fuel pressure, and fuel pump driver modual disabled.....WTF!!!! right now at this point i believe its the altinator screwing up or there is a bad ground because ever time i shift power seems to die a bit and even when i go over bump it will flicker and go to through the motions, and once again it will not hold an idle either starts struggle and up and down until it dies a few seconds later...... Basically i need help at this point

i have a multimeter you can use... i guess i could bring that over some time sat? ( tomorrow is all pretty much tied up )

hitting a bump eh? definatly sounds like a bad ground...

however this is also why i said not to toss that other pump

right before i left for work i remembered i moved my hod pin cable and it was held down by a nut that also has a ground on it, sure enough, i looked at it, and it was loose, im not sure if that was it but that may be it but hopefully thats it....as far as the altinator i think its ok because my battery is still good to go and my car will start right up

well, i have a short block being built by MMR and should be ready next week and i needed a new fuel pump/ system to get the hp capabilty to 500 or so, so this was coming anyways....

so anyways i just got home and i got the car started and the car up to operating temp and ran her around the block a bit to see if that ground i found that was loose to be the problem, and the car worked just fine and so it seems that this whole god damn head ache was over a loose conection and not my pump going out, the car idles good and i have 40 psi in the fuel system and 14 volts coming from the alternator... of course im going to double check everything and make sure there is no other issues but it looks like im going racing.....
