Ok, I am up for a New Phone and want to know what Cell Phone Carrier to go with?

Right Now I have AT&T..

Option would be:
1. What the majority has
2. Price for Plans
3. Phone has to be cool so I can stay up to date with the young folks:)
4. What is your opinions?

Get Verizon Sprint really sucks they are the worst carry of them all I know from experience... AT&T isn't really bad but not the greatest.... T mobile is for people with bad credit and that isn't a lie trust me I was a finance manager.... Verizon has a cool new phone about to come out the Verizon Storm its supposed to blow the I phone away... I have had Verizon for 5 years with no issues trust me get Verizon.....

I had Verizon when they were AirTouch. So, that's about 12 years or so. I never have any problems with them and their coverage area is great. I have had no trouble getting connection anywhere in the U.S. (some dead area up in the mountains and desert). We have Sprint/Nextel at work and they suck. More dead area then any other carriers I know.
I would go with Verizon for reliability.

I say AT&T. Although reliabity isn't great, a large majority of people have it thus having free mobile to mobile makes it worth it.

I have Tmobile and they are awesome. I have never had an issue with customer service or my actuall service to the phone.....even got a phone replaced after the wife washed it for a service fee only....without insurance.

ive been using tmobile for 8 yrs now 4 in america and 4 in germany they are great. ive gone to 2 dpeloyments they let me put my accoutn on hold no questions asked and ive up graded my phone no problem. verizon might have better coverage out here since socal is a test platform for them but my phone has never let me down. i wont get too much into phone but yeah the i phone and the other touch screens are cool but you cant run with them nor drop them they are not very durable at allmy blackberry has given me zero problems and can do just about anything.

I had no problem with Verizon other than they are expensive! I personaly have cricket with two phones unlimited everything and pay around 80$ for them.. I did have to add roaming though because in LA I didnt have signal I have no problems now. It is a pay by month thing with no contract which I like as well..

Anybody else going to look for a new phone. Any recommedations for a cell phone? I like the Cricket no contract... Alot of folks have AT&T and I can use free mobile to mobile, but, if I upgrade my phone have to commit to 2 years hate that. Even though I have as AT&T seen the 90's:) Man its getting hard to decide...

You could always pay full price for a phone and get no contract. I do that with AT&T.
