I agree lol.. Lets get together and do soemthing with all the chapters before the Nimitz goes out on cruise on Jan 24th

Okay so I was in the I.E. Chapter when it first started up years ago !
I still have my Wicked Stangs banner on my car, we had some awsome times
but un-fortunetly my Chapter did not have a very good President so it went under
after a couple years... But I'm still here rocking my W.S. banner waiting for people
to join me !
I'm up in the High Desert and I know a few people that are interested in fact they were
original members of the I.E. Chapter just like myself. I'm totally willing to get this going
again up here again !

I totally agree....
I'm talking to my buddy who was also in the Original I.E. Chapter,
(he has a newer Roush) and we would love to start up the meetings
again...
My only probably is, my ex technically totaled my Stang.....
I'm in the process of fixing it up, it drives okay and runs
but I'm worried about driving too far until I fix my motor mounts,
so I would like to try starting some meetings up here in the High Desert
part of the I.E.
We used to have 25 members up here and we met at the
In and Out on Bear Valley Rd. and also at the Marine Recruiting
building.

Seriously if this happens I'm there, I'll be in Tucson this weekend after this trip I'll be in Corona all summer. We need to meet some where and hang for a while. the are some nice curises coming up and I know the folks down in SD has stuff going on all the time. So lets try to put something togeather.

I have some awsome news, I talked to my friend (we are both in the I.E. 2002 Picture)
and we are deciding on a meeting place and time this week...
It will be in the Victorville area (off the 15 freeway)
I can let you know more exact directions if you want.

since you will be back the week of the 17th, maybe that weekend like the
21st or 22nd ?
I think that would be great to met up with SD sometime too, I won't be able to do it

Well we met up last night in Victorville, it wasn't really an official meeting, rather spur of the moment.... There was only 4 Stangs, but definelty a start ! We had an '04 Roush, a red '65, an orange '72 and my car. There were alot of other car clubs out there as well, Friday is cruise night in the area.
We are meeting up again next Friday the 21st at 8pm and I would love to have some of you guys who were interested in the I.E. chapter to come out !
The cruise night is in the Starbucks and Lowes parking lot on Bear Valley Rd.

i would love to its just that i work mon - fri from 3 - 1130 and i wont be able to make it til about 12, can we make the meeting on a sat or sunday? just a though, but im down for a i.e. chapter been wanting one for damn near a year now, and finally we are gonna get it going, im sorry i havent been on lately ive just been real busy with my family, but now im ready to go

I really would like to accommodate everyone that wants to be a part of this (the more the better) so Lets make it for Saturday then....
I think the main cruise night up here is on Friday, but hopefully some cars will be there
on Saturdays too ! It's always nice to have other car clubs around as well.
I'll run this by the guys who showed up yesterday and let them know it won't be on Fridays...Hell, maybe we'll do both !

Okay I just got home from the meet !
And I must say I'm a bit disappointed that no one from
here in the forum even showed up...
BUT, we had 7 cars and it looks like it was a success so far.
we are going to contunue on with this I.E. Chapter,
I have a feeling it will grow quickly once again !
I have a list of members so far and I will get the list E-mailed
to you (Emilo) shortly. We did talk about the Faboulous Fords
at Knott's and I got some good feedback so far, we'll go oever
it more in detail next Friday.

Very nice it looks like a good success..7 a start remember San Diego Chapter started out with only 2 members..
