I am trying to decide which Dyno shop to go to after I put my headers and midpipe on to get my car tuned again. I don't know whether I should go to Dante's or The Dyno Shop.

Yes I am, my timing is off, and my fan is set to cool it down wayyyyy too much, cruising on the highway at 80mph, it is in the cold.

Wow, RET use to get rave reviews and now everytime I turn around somebody is complaining about them.

If you adjust his timing now you could really throw his current tune out of whack.

Running way too cold? Do you have an aftermarket gauge or stock? If it is stock are you sure it's working?

To add to what James is saying........You're car has to be mechanically sound before you go tune it. If you bring any tuner a pile with a bunch of issues they aren't going to be able to fix it with a tune and then you'll end up trying to place blame.

Have you replaced your burnt plug wire yet? Have you put a water/oil separator in line with your pcv yet? Probably not! A tune can't fix oil in your intake, but what do I know?

what orange is saying is...... if he has a custom tune on the car now.... and you start adjusting the timing manual with the distributor... its going to change the over all advance... I dont see any reason to change timing if the Plug wires are f@cked up... oh and if your getting why to much blow by!

Well, he tuned it when stuff was off in my car, like the wrong spark plugs and engine temp sensor. Actually the only thing that seems to be wrong now is my timing, and if my stock temp sensor guage is wrong, that I don't know. And I did switch out the spark plug wires, and put those Summitt things on there that you tald me to get, so stop just telling me what I am doing wrong. And I am doing the PCV thing this weekend, SO :bootyshake: :eviltongue: :aetsch:

he gave me two tunes the first one with 8#'s of boost, 12* timing and 11.5 A/F ratio this was with my Water/ meth,(321 hp) on the mustang dyno, the second one he had for me was a bit more powerful,10#'s of boost, 11.2 a/f, 15* of timing, with water meth injection that made 347 hp and 342 tq, he charged me 250 each for the tune, i bought the x cal off of him and sold him my chip that i had.
