I wanted to let everyone know that I will betaking control of ALL Wicked Stangs Awards.

If you are in need of any Award or Ribbon
Please request it by using the awards page or by contacting me.

If you deserve one that you dont have just let me know.

Emilio and I will be coming up with more fun awards for you to earn in the future.

Congrats, now give me my awards back!


I earned them and should continue to have them........They dont go away because you got another one. and they dont go away from you if someone beats you out for it. you still earned it and you should still show that you had it at one time.

Example: BJ had the VP post award because he was the top poster for awhile. Then VP passed him. So now it does not show that he ever had that award.......he earned it let him keep it.

Or create a current top poster award and a past top poster award.........

I agree! If you get an award for the ugliest mustang or for pulling the most embarrassing stunt in public, you should be forced to display those awards FOREVER, even if someone comes along with an uglier car or does something even more stupid and embarrassing.

If the awards went away, we couldn't continue to ridicule the original recipient!

We got's to have our fun!!!! LOL

i will talk with Emilio about some of the special awards being kept or made for older awardees

but as far as regular post awards

you dont lose anything you upgrade to a more prestigious award.

i do concur it shows how long you are a member and things you have achieved both new and old like my right 500,1000,3000 etc post awards or if you were member of the month in 2006 feb or dumbass award for august 2008 etc

If you earned them they should be shown whether and just because you are now well above them doesnt mean you should not still have them.

If you have 1633 posts, you should have an award for 1000 posts, 1500 posts and any other increments before that. Don't toss out the lower one(s) just because you achieved a higher one.

my old unit had a monkey statue awarded to anyone in the unit that did a stupid thing while on an operation. And that statue stays with them until someone else do something stupid. Maybe something like that for here and that can be passed from one to another.
