Wicked Stangs Community Service Beach Clean Up?

Thought I would pitch this to the club. Few of us here at work are gonna get together and donate three hours on the 19 of Sept at Pacific Beach, Tourmaline Beach. Thought maybe we could make a club day of this and possibly do another grill out like last time. Sure we can throw this together being nearly a month away. Let the ideas flow....even if we do the clean up for a few and then go have lunch somewhere it would be a worthy cause and reason for a get together! -Shane

Time of Event: 9am-noon

For those going to be participating in this event, we will be meeting at the Mission Valley Bennigan's at 8am. The plan is to find a place and have lunch after the beach clean up.

Rob and I have done this before at the strand. Not under the same group though. We'll be there!! I have a passion about all the crud that gets to our beaches by way of our streets, gutters and yards. You used to be able to spend a summer swimming without getting a Hepatitus shot, now you take your chances. C'mon WickedStangs!!! Let's help!

Horrible news and I tried EVERYTHING to get out of this. All the work center supervisors got told today that we WILL NOT BE AT THE BEACH CLEANUP AND WILL BE AT WORK. I pleaded my case and no dice. I got the "you guys are in this together speech." Major "as always" inspection comming up. I looked forward to this for a month. I am very very sorry guys. Danny thanks for all the help in this and I would deeply appreciate it if you would continue this for me. -Shane
