Hi All,
We are performing system-wide upgrades on all Shared servers to allow for integration with X2, our new Customer Management System.

In addition, we will be performing these specific actions on the following servers:
Andromeda: Apache Update + System Software Upgrade (downtime ~15 minutes)

Pegasus: Statistics Software Upgrade + Apache Update + cPanel Upgrade (downtime ~15 minutes)

Charolais: Citrix System Upgrades for X2 (OS specific, downtime ~5 minutes).

Datalus: Apache upgrade, Hardware upgrade, X2 Upgrades (OS-Specific, downtime ~ 30 minutes).

These will take place after 11:00 PM CDT.
