So many advisiors and so little time. Seems like a lot of work must be completed to get this car ready for anything. I'm glad to hear that your lists are made and you're ready to get to work...LOL! Just laughing because it must be a joke.
Now for the truth of matters:
The Y-Block will require installing when and if the HP requires: Please reference the aeromotive website for specs.
As for the wiring: I'll have that done by the end of the week...to include the mounting stand.
As for the details and cleanliness. The weekend of the 25th is reserved to complete that task.
Oh Yes, the K-member. The engine will not be removed during the K-member install. The engine will be suspended during the swap and the old K-member will do until it arrives. Unless the k-member is part of the fuel, starting, ignition system? NOPE!!
Appreciate the inputs, keep them coming.
1. Like I said the Y-block is not required and won't be for a long while. K-member suspended in air? With the same engine hoist that is at Emilio's house? That's pretty safe, lol. You guys like to do things the hard way all the time.
2. 25th reserved for cleanliness? Once again more worried about how things look rather than getting the mechanical finished. Don't you think you should get it running and driving before you call all of your magazines for publicity?
3. Little time is right. Some people have lives and jobs and kids and school, not to mention their own cars! There is life other than Wickedstangs for some.
4. I was trying to save the club time and money installing the fuel system. Now You have all new lines or what not. If you pull off all of the stuff that I put on I would like it back. It was over $150 worth of line and fittings that I will need someday on my own car.
5. This is too funny, lol!!!
