Knee surgery knocked me out forever, nonwrestling related.

He's a freshman at Centennial HS in Corona. Started wrestling 215's, but lost so much weight from working out that he wrestles 171 now! He lost 50 lbs in 5 months! I'm very proud of his accomplishements and his drive to push himself.
upcoming events........
Centennial invitational 1/31
NORCO 'Big 8' (8 hs's in district) 2/4
CIF duals 2/14..but I'm missing that one. will be in TX
CIF individuals 2/20-2/21
CIF State Championships 3/6-3/7 in Bakersfield
I wrestled the 119 lb weight class 10th, 11th, and 12th grades. Coach wanted me to drop to 113 but I never could. I was a healthy 119. I would normally drop ten pounds before matches. Lots of running in trash bags/sauna's and eating rabbit food. I joined the Corps weighing 117 lbs and left boot camp 3 months later at 150 lbs. 13 1/2 years later I still weigh in at 160lbs. Tell him good luck from me and If at all possible I will try to make it to one of his matches before I leave. My quickest pin was 13 seconds with the cradle and I got my picture in the biggest small town news paper in WVa lol.
