Oh, wow.....That's a nice Mother's day present. Your Cobra has competition with that CTS-V. Man, I like to have a present like that. LOL! Congrats......

its her first manual... and she hasnt stalled yet!! and she loves it. she blew an S197 away, and that happened to be her first stoplight pull. i hope i got her hooked!

That IS a nice grocery getter. For who doesn't know, the "V" is a very fast car. The "V" on CTS-V is to Cadillac, as SVT is to Ford

A little info on the 2005 CTS-V for those don't know.

The CTS-V comes with a 5.7L, SFI aluminum V-8 pumping out 400 horses and 375 lb-ft of torque. It's the same engine used in the LS6 Corvette. The CTS-V comes standard with a Tremec T56 6-speed manual transmission.

the C5 Z06 vette.. the only thing i dont like is the shifter...a short throw will be on order soon.
