MAC has thrown in some goodies to be raffled away also and two other sponsors/vendors have donated items but the pres is keeping it a surprise! RSVP if interested flyers are being made and handed out. RIB cook off as well! bring the whole family they have large fields for various sports a huge play ground. also welcoming back mustang enthusiasts for USS Nimitz, Tarawa, Cleveland, Germantown, Princeton, Higgins, Gridley

okay, we may have a problem and have to change venues. i just spoke with the manager of the park and we cant get our cars on the field. the porsche club that did payed 5000 dollars to be allowed too. im working with him about blocking off park of the parking lot for the show. he said he will bring it up at a meeting tomorrow and let me know but it probably wont be cheap. this is BS, but i will try to get it straitened out

oh no. let me know what we can do. There is a huge parking lot down there though by the campground. Even if we have to do that I am ok with it.

okay, heres the deal. i just talked to the guy and he said he'd work with us. there is no possibility of the field, but he will talk to his boss and block off 20 spots right in a row closest to our spot for us to use. that will be the show. everyone else other than show cars can park somewhere else. if we have more than 20 cars want to be in the show, i will take my car out. he said he would let me know on friday how much it will cost, but he said it shouldnt be that much. its a big ass lot, i dont see why it will be a problem, but he said that place gets packed. so we should have a lot of other people looking at the cars too. i'll keep you posted.

appreciate all the research you are doing hopefully this works out. if you need a couple extra bucks to support us getting part of the parking lot let me know ill throw some cash your way. i dont think there will be 20 cars doing the show so we should be alright but that place is huge i dont see how it can possibly fill up. my entire ship went there for a picnic/bbq pre dpeloyment thing and that was 400+ people and cars would have been more but people had duty and the parking lot wasnt half full.

yeah. thats what i told him, but he said that place fills up. so i would rather reserve it so we dont take any chances

oh i was just stating that it is a huge place and didnt think it would fill up. by all means we should reserve the space

how sure is pretty sure just kidding ill stop by before everything starts to drop off everything and help people unload but i would like to partake(i prob butchered this word lol) in the cruise also do we need tables seats?

we will need soem people to stay behind after we drop the stuff off and set up. my wife will but i dont want her to stay alone there. set up time will be 9, and we can meet for the cruise at 1030
