X or H pipe

I'm kind of new to the ford world. I'm going to get an off road pipe but I'm not sure what's better. the H or the X pipe. any ideas?

X pipe gives you a few more hp, not much more. H pipe gives you more torque.

It really depends on what you want it for. If you're going to run on the drag, H pipe might be best for the torque gain. But if you're looking for hp gain with X pipes, you're really looking at maybe realistically about 3 hp gain. Don't know about efficiency, though.

in that case i have looked everywere and what the stock MM's for a 2006 throttel body???? and what the bigest anyone would go i know qa little off topic but this has been picking at me for a wile now

h pipe will give you a lower grumble, the x pipe will give a raspy sound, the power gains are very minimal it's all about the sound to me....

the HP numbers are normally only 1 or 2 hp different... look up sound clips and see which one sounds the way you want...
