It really depends on what you want it for. If you're going to run on the drag, H pipe might be best for the torque gain. But if you're looking for hp gain with X pipes, you're really looking at maybe realistically about 3 hp gain. Don't know about efficiency, though.
in that case i have looked everywere and what the stock MM's for a 2006 throttel body???? and what the bigest anyone would go i know qa little off topic but this has been picking at me for a wile now
