1997 mustang computer problem

Im having a problem with the computer in my car it seems to be stoping my car from going any faster than 100 and while driving sometimes it skips, iv done a full tune up and cant figure out the problem, i was wondering how i could go about flashing the computer and reset it to do right , any ideas?

When I bought my superchips handheld micro tuner, when doing the flashing of my computer, I was able to select the "raise" option on my rev limiter, speed limiter, and fan.. I would try all the inexpensive things you can and then if you need to still.. Get yourself at least a diablosport tuner to fix that..
