There's a bill floating around in CA that will most likely pass because Democrats thought it up and want to punish gun owners.

This bill will limit you to 50 rounds per month. All purchases of ammunition will be face to face in a gun shop or sporting goods store and the businesses will begin keeping records on WHO is buying WHAT. You will no longer be able to order ammunition online and mail it to CA.

Welcome to 1933 Nazi Germany!

It is amazing...wonder when "the people" of this country decide enough is enough and even then..what could we do? Mabye if there was some elite team that started picking off the worst of the worst when it came to socialism maybe the people in power would calm down.

Assembly Committee on Appropriations Places AB962 into the Suspense File

Today, Assembly Bill 962 was placed in the suspense file by the Assembly Committee on Appropriations.

Sponsored by Assembly Member Kevin De Leon (D-45), AB962 would make it a crime to privately transfer more than 50 rounds of ammunition per month, even between family and friends, unless you are registered as a “handgun ammunition vendor” in the Department of Justice’s database. Ammunition retailers would have to be licensed and store ammunition in such a manner that it would be inaccessible to purchasers. The bill would also require purchasers submit to fingerprinting, which would be submitted to the Department of Justice. Lastly, mail order ammunition sales would be prohibited.

While this development is a solid step towards defeating AB962, the bill still poses a threat. Please continue checking your email and www.NRAILA.org for updates.

California only

not yet, but then again, being taxed per mile hasn't passed yet either. But it's being looked at by U.S congress"VERY HARD" due to better fuel mileage in car's and truck's. remember, they need/want all the taxes they can get.

Love to, but I still have 11 years before I can retire. Too old and invested too much to start somewhere else.
