Chuckwalla this weekend | Questions about facilities
I had a couple questions about staying on-site at Chuckwalla, so I emailed them about the available accommodations. Here are the questions I asked, and the response...
Q: Do you still have space available for this weekend? I'm guessing the two days are Fri/Sat night?
A: Yes, I do have room left for this weekend. It would be for Friday and Saturday night.
Q: Is the price per person, and/or, how many folks can we squeeze in for that price?
A: Its 125.00 per night per trailer, and you can fit 3-4 people. They have a queen and two fold outs.
Q: Do you also offer tent camping on-site? Just a rough camping / sleeping bag deal?
A: You can camp out, its 15.00 on top of the 10.00 gate fee per person, so 25.00 per person a night.

FWIW, the trailer rentals include the $10 gate fee. So 3 people in a trailer is about $40 per night each, versus the $25 for tent camping per person.
