Installing Lower Control Arms

Hey guys, I have a pair of J&M adjustable lower control arms that i'd like some help installing on my car.
I don't really feel confident in installing them myself.

I'm pretty much free whenever since i'm on break. (except tomorrow 6/14)

Here's a picture of the control arms for reference. They are going on my 96 GT convertible.

No problem. If someone here doesn't help you first I only charge $45 an hr.

I would really like to have these on before Extreme Autofest (July 27).
I do need someone to check me onto the base .
