I was disapointed as well. They said my air fuel was so far off they didnt even pull on bottle. They did say though that they would sell me a SCT tuner and dyno it for 3-4 hours for around 800$ Soemthing is off though cause it was 360TQ 310 HP I sent bama chips a e-mail about a reg tune with mods. I am going to this guy Adam in San Bernardino and have him tune it with reg tune Nos tune and see if he can do a 110OCT tune I will keep you guys posted. Going to try to do it on 1st of NOV I want someone to tune it with Diablo to make sure everything is hunky dory lol Scared me My air fuel was 10 I would have thought it would have missfired or detnated something....

I had fun today ill put my car on next year. All in All I think today was a learning experiance that will make next year even better. I know it is very hard to organize 40 to 60 cars and get them to one place with out someone getting lost, complaning, or driving like a bat out of hell the whole time. So I give a hats off to Emilio and all the other planners. THANK YOU :bd: :bd: :bd: :bd: :bd:

Thanks Emilio i Had a great time. Great turnout we spoke briefly about trying to get sumthing goin in 6 months or so for a cruise lets try n make it happen..Myself as well as Luis sincerely appologize to all for the jackass's from the gm end for pissing off alot of ppl and the burnouts in the parking lot at JBA, that was completely uncalled for. Everyone was screwing around but i think at times it just got out of hand. Those people were from ls1tech and are not involved with the two major gm clubs that came out "us"SoCal Muscle and Cali Generalz.

Hey everyone, Sorry I had to leave JBA without saying buy or anything, but I had to run off real quick to pick my dad up on the side of the freeway. His carb spring snapped on his truck. But it was an awesome cruise.

Beejay, I thought I was following you out at first. But I think I followed the wrong guy. He decided to go straight to JBA, so I tried following someone else, but they went the wrong way, so I got back on track, then I went the wrong way. I ended up following Sr79 all the way to julian, where right after I threw all my gear in the back of the truck, I heard gibs's group pull up to a stop sign and start going, so I ran back to my car and joined up in the medium group. And went with them the whole way back, I kept up no problem gibs ;) But that was because you had to go slow since there was a bunch of traffic :p

But there are a lot of idiots that do dumb things just because there's a bunch of nice cars in a line... It was funny since they didn't think I was with you guys so they kept pulling in front of me to try to "get in" with you guys. Then some guy in a stupid car when we were going around a big sweeper near the end, everyone got by him except me and 2 guys in front of me, and that's just because he switched lanes to piss us off... So everyone but me blew by him.. I putted by him :( Then there was that idiot in the maroon f150 once we got by julian who was trying to keep up, by doing this SHE (old hillbilly lady) was crossing the double yellow to minimize how much she had to turn so she could keep her speed up. By this i mean, SHE MOVED INTO THE ONCOMING LANE AND WENT STRAIGHT THROUGH A FEW TURNS! And she almost rear ended a few of you guys. Then I was able to get by her on a straight at about 75m/h. THEN SHE STARTED TAILGATING ME. So I slowed down to about 5 under on the turns and she started getting real pissed off. Then the line pulled over for the gas check :)

Good turn out but personaly I was a bit dissapointed. Organization was poor no map no planed stops and clearly no one had scouted the route before hand. To add insult to injury poeple leading the cruise blasted out and waited for no one. Group was scattered and confused. Was like the blind leading the blind. Add a few crazy ass drivers in the group showing off with no regard to other drivers safety and it was just plain annoying. Just my 2 c. Great idea but a little better organization would have really helped.

I heard about those guys. I'm not going to say who they said they were because I wasn't the one that saw them so I don't know myself how they were driving, just what I heard. But I heard from more than one person, that they were doing illegal lane changes all over the place, almost rear-ended one of our guys, and ran an innocent driver off the road... But like I said, I'm not the one that saw them, so I'm going to let the people that actually saw them do this talk if they want.

Edit: And I think for next year, there should be a mini-cruise, like just the guys that plan this, to go up and do a "mini" cruise, where they go up and drive following the directions on the paper to make sure it's all good, like the weekend before.
