OK, I have a few questions....

I'm not being silly here, just observant.

Last year's shirt in the original post says NOTHING about Wicked Stangs.
Is there a reason for this?

It just says "San Diego's 1st Annual Car Cruise"
I assure you, there have been hundreds of car cruises in San Diego before this.
I've been on many of them.

I guess I just don't know enough about what the cruise represents, involves or revolves around. The main thread about this event says Domestic Performance Cruise and Dyno Shootout. Is WS a "HOST" for this event or are we just participants in a larger event?

Are we hosts and invitees need not be Mustangers? Vettes, GTOs and others are invited as well but WE are the hosts? Sorry, but I'm gonna get into the loop here before I start designing!

Let's be logical? How many other car owners that aren't Mustangers are gonna buy a shirt just because we include a GM or MOPAR on the shirt?

If we are really the only ones who are going to buy them, let's go ALL MUSTANG on them!

GT400 to answer your question......

Yes we are the host club.
Yes we are the primary ones doing the organizing of the event.
No last year it did not say WickedStangs on the shirt, only about 5 were bought and Emilio and I have 3 of them.
All Domestic Performance Vehicles are welcome. Kind of a look we can all get along together and show some american muscle pride!!!!! Made in USA is the theme sort of.
A short list of eligible vehicles is: Camaro, Corvette, Firebird, GTO, Lightning, Cadillac CTS-V, Cadillac SLR(I think that is it....the Roadster one), Chargers, Vipers, Trailblazer SS, Silverado SS, Monte Carlo SS, and of course, Ford Mustang Shelby, and Ford GT.
I am sure I missed a few but anyway. Last year we had a vette, camaros, Firebirds, TransAms, Mustangs, and a Lightning.

The name from last year was I guess thrown together quickly. Emilio basically threw it together himself in a limited timeframe. That is why we are starting early.

Right now we are drawing support for the event through the other web forums. I have seen the following response so far....
SoCalStangs: 5
LAmustangClub:3
LS1Tech:2
BlackMustangClub:1 definate and 1 possible.
SoCalMuscle: The entire club....I think 7.
WickedStangs: Our event......interst by 8 with 3 responses.

So as you see that is good numbers for this soon into the event. Last year there were 60 cars even with the rain all morning.

I believe with good planning we can have 100 cars this year.

I hope that answers some questions.

If we are going to do it, LETS DO THIS THING RIGHT!

We can not really change the name now that it is out there. So the name is "WickedStangs 2nd Annual Domestic Performance Cruise and Dyno Shootout".

Last year was the first Annual event. The name has been modified not the event.

As for the shirts, does the design go on the back only or a large on the back and a small on the front (pocket area) or is there are on the back and text on the front or ????
