If we go to Willow springs, I'm taking the Lightning.
They had one at El Cajon Ford awhile back when gas was killer and the price was under sticker for it......I forget the exact number but IF my family didnt need the conveneience of an SUV......yep we would have that instead of the SS.....
I still can not believe that Ford did not install a BOOST gauge in them. That is soooo stupid.

Ford bulit the stock XLT truck. They were picked up by Roush and converted at thier facility. They did leather, dash dress up, wheels, suspension, exhaust, blower and front fascia. Seems like they thougt of it all except that!
Saleen has a boost gauge in thier s/c truck. But I suppose if you're gonna start to modify, a boost gauge wouldn't be too difficult
I think if we all went to a road course glen wouldnt be driving the pick up or the GT500 he has another cobra guys lol
Lol, I loved that truck, I think my dad liked it too. If I could afford it I would buy one.

Sorry, he is stuck with his Toyota truck until he gets his Perm drivers license. He likes cars, but he likes the imports (god I hate saying that) and I over road his decision to buy a Honda. I said, no Honda will ever be allowed to sit in the garage, driveway, or even parked on the street in front of the house. When he moves out I am certain he will have one. I am Mean, I know! I think it is just one of those teenage things where it is opposite of the old man, just get under my skin.

Yeah 500hp and you used that one on me already at the track:D
Technically, 445HP at the flywheel, but they under rated it.
BUT....the thing is 5000 pounds!! And brick in the wind..... AND it tops out at 105mph. But it gets to 105 really quick!
SO...lets see, thats .09hp per pound. You have 305+ at 3400 pounds equals .09hp per pound. Hmmmm....wait ITS THE DRIVER!!!:D

The amount of actual boost is somewhat of a secret. Some say 5, some say 7-8. BTW it was nice talking with you out there, you did a heck of a job on your car. It looks really nice.
