You would be eligible for traffic school. But it all depends on the court if they will grant that. But, I think you'll have a pretty hefty fine coming. But good luck.

Except speed, and looking at the ticket I finally made some of it out, he put aprox. speed 90 in a 65, and there isn't a box for radar anywhere on the ticket, how do I know he used if he used one?
I have a question about the post. ITs a little off subject now. Did you guys find out if it was Stangpede for sure who ran you off the road? My suggestion is to go on there forum and find out who the central valley president is and address issue to him. I wouldnt smear another clubs name in the mud if you guys are not sure. There club is just diffrent in what they stand for and what they do than ours. They are mostly all show. We are diffrent we like to go to track. So I would say find out for sur before you smear another clubs name...

There should be a box on the ticket on how he calculated your speed, it should have a box for radar or plane. If he didn't check radar and he claimed he got you on radar, the Court can actually dismiss your ticket for improper or invalid citation. Look closely on the ticket again to see if there is any mark, or written statement of radar or you may have missed it on the ticket.

well guys i found out today that i dont have to go to court, i CAN do traffic school, and the price of the ticket and traffic school is only $336, but i also got a $25 fix it ticket for my tail light tint 2 days ago, and got a warning for no front plate... guess its time to order my custom plates, Danny thanks once again for all the info
