Roushd2 there are now 1/4 mile tracks close to us... It all depends on 1/8th mile anyway for the 1/4. Its really all about the 60 foot. We have had alot of practice in 1/8th so when Fun Ford Weekend comes back to Fontana we will be ready. Bring out the Roush and line it up with Beejay I think you would get a big surprise.

Air strips would be a good idea. When I was Stationed at Lemoore I asked our Bosn if we could run outon are air strips but he said at NAS Maridian they used to do it and on monday when you go out to pre op the air field you would find car parts ect was a big pain in ass. We used to go to the farmers fields and they had runways for there prop planes they used to use for spraying chemicals n there crops. Was alot of fun running out there
