3. Install Radiator
4. Install water neck & thermostat
5. Bolt up H-pipe & dumps
6. Add water/anti-freeze
7. Connect all vacuum lines, pcv etc.
8. Turn the key and pray everything is good!

Do you have live chickens, a bible, a knife, and a rosary on standby?

Let me know as I have a set of that left over from the framerail removal. I will need them back shortly though....LOL

No, but I suppose I should. Never had a solid roller before I think I'm gonna be scared when it fires up. :)

It is not a roller block, but the lifters are solid rollers and the cam is ground from Billet steel, so there will be no flexing like standard ductile iron cams. The lifters are solid, but have rollers on them just like hydraulic rollers.

I didn't know you had an install party! I would've dropped by, even to hand the drinks. Was BORED out of my mind today. Did the yard work and just sat and watched TV.

It was last minute. I decided to drop the engine in so I called Eric to lend a hand. By the time he got there the engine was already in, but I needed help lining things up. Pha and Eric were a great help, but I was a little stressed. I'm not used to other people wrenching on my car, lol!

I know what you mean! I've been the only one working on the '79! I had my son learn on a few things but I triple checked his work lol!
