my reason for emilio having dual positions is that he has always been handling the money, and everyone is too new to take on that responsibility.

Speaking of which. We should make some T-shirts and what not and sell them on the site and all the Profit can go to the club? I know a great site to get blank T-shirts and they come in 1 to 2 days. www.jiffyshirts.com High quality. We can do some basic stuff to buy some water bottles and throw a sticker on it. I got one. lol.... :rock:

well, i know its a little late and im really far away, but i would love to do my part and take up any position needed when i return from my current place.
Yeah me being in Japan kind of puts a dent in things for me too. But I would love to help out! I think the T shirts thing is a great idea.

Seems like a natural stage.
On the shirts and misc. stuff, thats is a fantastic idea! There are countless promotional products companies that can print the WS logo on just about any give-away or products for sale.
But then your'e entering a new realm. you have to account for moneys in and out, figure COG (cost of goods), gross sales, expenses net money and any applicable taxes to be paid.

IMHO, what we have right now with embroidered shirts, for Club Members, show's who is dedicated.

The board members is a top notch idea and to be honest I thought we already had them in place.
Could there also be some type of Senior Rep positions? I know we all have or in the process of getting shirts, maybe these titles is something that can be added under our names.
Senior Reps title could be given to those who have been to a set number of events (maybe 20 during a year) or it could go also be given if you have a certain number of years involved with the club.
Just a thought for those who aren't able to become board members but who are still big supporters of the club.

BJ, I leave next summer so I would be getting rid of the position then and so would CWO so there will be 2 open as soon as then(If the 2 posts above are what happens).
I think those that are going to be here for more than a year should be filling the big positions......VP, Sec, PR......so that the Pres is working with the same people all the time.

thats hard thing, is finding the stability, when i assumed the the position in 06, i thought i was going to be stationed in sd, now i am in lbc. so we need to find someone that is staying for the long haul. how about orange as vp, he has been around since the beginning?
