did you guys go after alot of imports? Those guys drag water out of the box..

Andy had me back up into the waterbox to avoid that.

I miss that track I like to come up there and run. Well all I can say guys is there is a diffrence in prep ect I am hearing you there and night and day of course the track is going to hook better during day the track is in sun. Well and most of the times the cars are running better at night.
Joe fair warning I dont know how much TQ you have but I recommend getting a set of good wheels. I run spacers and I bent my studs lol. If you dont already know you have to pull the axcels to replace studs on S197 cars.
I would like to see what my car will run up there I wish there was a T&T before deployment. I went 12.4 at California speedway with bad tune and a 30 series tire. I like to get my 15's on my car and hammer it up there lol. Joe I would recommend a 15 inch M/T drag radial and if you dont like them step it up to a slick. Bobby ran my tires due to my bent studs at Qualcom (****ty track) went .8 faster. you guys all need to invest in tires like Andy said. You also have to do some kinda burn out up there to get the dust of tires. We all know how central valley is with the dust. My BFG's will not hook either I air them down and do a good burn out. Just my two cents.... Do you need San Diego to make a event and come up there.... Just kidding

yea some people want to learn and some want to learn the hard way... street tires are not going to be consistent no matter what... dustin on drag radials was running consistent 13.1's all night when we went because the tire stays the same... with a street tire they hook different every time... and weather effects them more then a radial that can be heated to stick unlike a street tire... Yes a street tire can be heated... but they will never be as consistent as a drag radial or slick..

one week a street tire can run 12.5, next weekend your in the 13's... that's the way they are..
