ok thanks guys, i know i just got the car and i need 2 do a few bolt ons first but the Mach has quite a few miles, so i wanna put forged internals in her before i put any real power into her, hopefully before new years
ya, i wanna swap out the internals before 100k, i know most cars now days are fine with going well over, but most cars also do have a 10:1 compression ratio, and high miles, high compression, and a lot of power= big problems
Do you have a five speed or a auto? you could get the the crank refurbished because they are forged in the 5 speeds. Could save a lot of cash by doing that.
