i just bought a compressor and a gun a little bit ago. i paint helicopters in the corps, i attended paint school at coronado island, i am starting to toy with cars. i cant gauruntee perfect work but im pretty sure i can do good work, and i will do it cheap cause i need the experience. so if you guys need anything done please let me know. i need to get real good with this so i can start making some cash with it.

oh yeah, i bought a buffer and some other stuff today im gonna start doing full details(wash/wax/buff/clean engine bay/interior) at my house as well. first couple i will do real cheap, once i get a rythm going i can do them still pretty cheap.

for sure let me know. yosamiddy i can buff the crap out of a car now. if your talking about paint, i just painted my bumper lastnight it looks pretty good. ive gotta go get the clearcoat to finish it. i know aircraft and cars are different. the only thing it takes is the guts to try it and the initiative to learn.

i have a cobra r hood that needs to be painted but... the holes on the underside where you bolt the hood to the car are off. So i would be happy to let you paint it but i need to get it fixed first. Also, could you call greg on monday and see what the deal is. If he sent it he should have tracking number. I have an appointment with him on wednesday so... im hoping the chip will come on monday.

well let me know. i dont want to do anything this week. i shot my bumper and it turned out ok, i think its poor equipment, i didnt get a filter for my compressor, so i think moisture got in it cause its hazy. im getting a better air compressor and prolly friday or saturday im repainting my bumper at the place that painted it before. they are being cool enough to give me a little supervision to critique my work. after that i will be ready to paint. i want to make my bumper turn out perfect so im comfortable with other peoples cars.

You need a dessicant. I have to buy a new one every time I paint. A filter is a must, but for moisture, you need an inline dessicant. When the little purple balls turn clear, throw it away and get another one.

It's been rather humid lately.
