Did you choose a rate? if i had to give advice, just try and stay positive, i aint going to lie like the recruiters life will be shitty at times but in the end it'll be worth it

Go in with an open mind. Drop any attitude and be humble. DI tell you to do something, no matter how stupid it seems, just do it. You will lose every argument, even when the DI is wrong. But just remember, in boot, the DI is NEVER wrong.

Listen to your recruiters, go to pool functions and PT as much as you can. At boot camp you want to be loud, fast and intense everyday. Never show weakness and it doesn't matter how hard it gets it is all worth it in the end when your SDI calls you a brother and a Marine. I went to boot camp that same day back in 99. Good luck and Semper Fi!

OUTSTANDING!!! Another Navy's Doorman!:rock::rock:

Just remember, bootcamp is just a headgame for the most part. Listen to your DI and follow his orders exactly. Give it your all!

quit drinking soda's and cut out the junk food. star doing a lot of pushups, crunches, and run run run. when you workout be sure to do conditioning and cardio exercises primarily. any other questions ask me beings that i'm still reasonably fresh from boot.
