Just wanted to thank you all for a great day of racing. I had a blast eventhough I was shaking after my first race with skidmarks where I lost control of my car and almost slamed it into the wall. Was sorry to see Igottav8 with car problems so we couldn't race for the third place in the 9 seconed bracket (though I think I would have takem him.) Over all. It was a great day of fun.

Also the red drifter 240sx almost planted in the side of a black car that looked like a roush (not sure who that was)

Awesome day today! With the exception of Armdrop where I got to race just 2 times, today was my first time racing in over 5 years!! It was the most fun that I have had in a long, long time. I know that I probably sound like a broken record when I say this, but Wickedstangs used to have turnouts like this on a regular basis at the track although I have to admit I think this was the best turnout ever.

Point is I am happy with the direction the club is heading. HUGE thanks to PAPATOM who brought his badass 26' trailor to the event to bring me home!! This is a person who has never met me and knew nothing about me except that I am the WS trouble maker. Yet he came out to the event lended his helping hand and awesome equipment and asked for nothing in return. This club has comradery (Spelling?) only second to the military.

PAPATOM Thanks again and I owe you a couple rounds for sure! Thanks to everyone for an awesome day at the track!!

thank you very much guys. I busted my ass getting this car ready for this event. HP & HerP I apologize, but I didn't put my finger on who you were until I got home. Brain fart and excitment of racing. Anyway I apologize for not introducing myself.

I think next time we will bring Sharpies and name tags so people can put their screen name on them!

I had a blast watching you guys out there today. I may run in the future, after a gear upgrade though....3.31's just wont cut it....

Anyway, Orange, wow awesome job on that car man. you did an amazing job in a short amount of time!
Albert, great avoidance tactic on tat first run......leave the rice behind so when he spins, he doesnt hit you.
Phil, nice job out there.......I will always remember your reaction when your relief valve went off....LOL You quickly trying to open your trunk with your hands on your head yelling NOOOOOOOO.....that was a classic!
Ethan, sorry for your issues at the track. I would have run the last run though....even if it wasnt pushed hard.
Emilio, ummmmmmmmmmm one word.........REGISTRATION? LOL
GT400, you ran real well and I am impressed at how well for the first time!
Yose, love watching your car when it hooks up!

I am sure there are alot of others that I failed to mention and I am sorry.

I would like to apologize though to one of the members from Mustang Nation....the red GT with stripes. I was telling them who was to go back to staging and who needed to park it. Well I thought him and Ethan were in the 10 second class. I saw the slips and he ran a 9.53 and Ethan ran a 9.7x, well I went with the one that was closest to 10.00. Afterwards, he was questioning it and I told him where the mistake was made and offered to have Ethan come out. He said not to and it was all good. Ethan responded when I told him what happened with "Thats cool, I will get out of line and let him in." After that I told him the other guy said it was ok and go ahead have some fun.... For this mistake, I take responsibility and apologize to all parties that were involved. It wont happen again.

Definately need to find out what is up with Eathan's car!


Albert also had problems with 2nd and 3rd after his tranny heated up. It wouldn't go into either gear when he hot lapped it, was fine when it cooled off.
