I was on my was to fresno the other day when some dude in one of the new challengers started messing around wanting to race. I figured what the hell caught a light and then blew him away. As much as I've heard about how fast these things were supposed to be I thought a stock gt would lose to one. I hope this guy had the v-6 version. if not dodge has truely failed with this car.

If it isnt the SRT8 version it might be ble to run with you depending on driver......It has more power but is alot heavier.....the SRT8 should beat a stock GT, but with any upgrades, no problem....

i raced a R/t and that was a pretty even race considering they have 370 hp....

yeah i pulled about a nose on him before i gave up....
I wanna beat up on VP's. I could never bring myself to make his Cobra look bad but now it is a whole different ball game.....LMFAO I bet his blood pressure just went through the roof!!!!!!

i beat a new challenger before too... made a thread about it... some people think just cause they have the newest "muscle" car out there, that it'll dominate all. but they really need to check who the play around with. even though i have a lil' ol' four speed automatic, i blew the doors off the one messing with me.

On Challengers, 300C's, Chargers and Magums they have V6, 5.7 RT and 6.1 SRT-8. Easy to tell the difference if you know what to look for. Dead give away for the SRT-8's is the Brembo brakes and huge front rotors. Newer models have slotted front rotors.
