o.k so i thought about it and have decided to get the springs.

But now i have a crazy idea that no one on here has what about a half bread a ford mustang with a ls1 hhhmmm... even though i hate Chevy, but love ford so im going to keep the ford look with chevy guts lol is this even possible i think so but is my car going to handle it i dont know so i probably have to get together some big $$$ for this after the suspention it's saving time oh and um what u guy's think good idea or burn it and never speek of it again lol

Well, they had an RX7 with a corvette engine in it at the Q the other night. So, I don't see why not. But I don't know much about engine so better check with the more knowledgeables ones on here.

youl need
new motor mounts custom installed
new trany
new tranny mounts custom installed
wiring harness custom made
custom driveshaft
new rear end
new braking kit
bigger fuel pump
new computer
if you want a/c youl have to custom do it allwith the lines.


My opinion dont do it.


way way too much cash invlved


if you want todo motor swap find a complete salvged cobra and buy the wrecked car and swapit all over to your car

Hell no dont do it! For the price of all that you can get a V8 slapped in there along with a supercharger, gears, and a ton of other stuff. What would even be the point of doing that>>??

There you go, with all the opinion, I say just go get a V8 and forget about all the "sleeper" status. Unless you have a lot of disposable income. Sounds like all the opinion is "NO"

dam o.k we go buy a wrecked cobra at junk yard and swap everything onto mines but thats years from now because now i have trouble getting just gears my funds are low lol barely enough for any thing

yeah, your not the first guy with that idea. hot rod tv did it, called it the heretic. and aguy on pinks just did it the other day. too much cash involved. if you cant afford gears an ls1 is also out of your budget. just drive what you got and save your money...... to buy my car.lol.
