Well it looks like it is stalling around 2500-2800. They told me that there is no way that it will stall at 3800-4000 off the footbrake. Compared to what it was I'm super happy. This thing feels like a fu'cking monster! I was really scared of getting a ticket so I did one footbrake launch @ 2000rpm and it started screaming!
If it hooks good at the track there is a small possibility that a wheel comes off the ground.
That is bad ass orange do you think it will yank the wheels??? If it does and they get a pic we need it posted on main page of site lol. I cant wait till I can pull them... I have to see if I am going to have the extra money on 15th to last till first. If I do I am buying my skinnys dont have the extra 600$ laying around now...
i think he is expecting a one tire wheelie... which is still hell coool... i really dont see it happening til you get your trans brake and get your launch around the 3 to 4000 range.. but i really dont know your whole setup so thats kind of hard for em to call...
Will be cool even to pull one in my eyes lol.. I would be happy if I did but wont be till I get skinnys for sure with the boat anchor 18's I have on front lol
Don't do it for the street. Just in the limited driving that I've done the past couple of days was enough to tell. It drives fine , but 90 degree turns are the problem. It makes an un godly noise when turning to sharp. Like gears chattering. I imagine if you did that fast you would really tear some **** up.
why i ask is i think im going to weld the spider gears in this 7.5 rear... not really worried about what brakes but was wondering about road feel and how much attention it draws to you? (like the PD!)
i think welding the gears will be fine... its only going to be drivin on friday and saturday nights
