look at AN fittings too. they match the NPT....almost. i found that out when i was trying to mount that fuel pressure gauge

you should get that. Do you have full exhaust or plenum throttle body? I hit 290 after my swap but i have full bbk exhaust, borla cat back, 75 throttle body and 75mm c & l plenum with a 90mm maf. You might have to move you idle to 900. Mine still goes up and down and cuts off at red lights. But my idle is set at 750. Ive got to go back to my turner to turn it on and put my tuner back so I can adjust those things. Good luck.

i have the idle set to 1250 currently it idles at 950. it triesto cut off at lights occasionally but only after the car gets warm

mine idles fine when cold. It cuts off when it gets warm. Its kinda like a turbo timer or something when I start it up in the morning... When it cuts off, I know its warm. LMAO But when I hold it at 950 it idles fine. I gonna turn mine to that when it gets retuned. I just gotta drive 2 hrs to a good tunerr around herre.

also with the 180 deg thermo stat my fans never turn on. dunno if thats normal or if its the driver side sensor not actually being in the coolant passage

Yeah... mine never idles where I have it set in the tune either. For whatever reason, DiabloSport also cut the cold start idle in half on the S197 base tunes, too. After camshafts install, mine would actually die... like it was running out of fuel when I'd start it cold. We finally figured it out, though... starts and runs great.
