just got back from qualification and im happy and wanted to tell someone. i was a first time shooter with the 9mm beretta and i was high shooter on the range with a 378 out of 400(highest ever is 391). and i also shot expert with the rifle 322/350. im a happy guy right now and had to tell someone, not often do you see LCpl's with dual expert badges.

Congrats on your quals man Mexican Also an expert myself and a Small Arms Instuctor in the Navy. I noticed your scoring and it's hella different than we do it. Best for the rifle is a 200 and 240 on the M9. Actually went through SAMI in San Diego 3 months ago.-Shane

Must be nice to dual qual. My TO wpn is a M4 and .45 and we never get to shoot pistol. Pretty gay only one Expert badge here. How do you like the new scoring system? Im been waived since 2005 lol

i didnt qual since dec 04 so its all new to me.table 1 was good under the shade with electronic targets, but table 2 killed me, it was like 115 out and we just sat there in all of out gear and roasted for a few hours. the pistol range was awesome tho, a lot of rounds and went by fast.

Damn eletronic targets. Now Im jealous. Yeah sounds like the heat would ****. Im in PI right now so Im enjoying the 115 degree weather, but with a touch of humidity to make it better =( Cant complain though, they got me up in a resort, so life is good lol
