hey everyone.....jsut checking in again and telling you how i am doing. not much is going on here right now, just the crazy onload and finding a spot for everything. once thats done things should calm down a bit. we will be pulling into hawaii soon and then i will offload again and get on the new orleans to run everything over there. its gonan be much nicer over there. they say it will only be for a few weeks, but man, i hope its the whole deployment.

hey everyone. jsut checkin in giving an update. were stuck in hawaii, boxer and the new orleans broke so were stuck. hawaii isnt as nice as i imagined....i wish we were stuck somewhere else. well, hopefully we will pull out tomorrow or the next day and get on with some things. tonight i was shore patrol and had to deal with drunk marines...needless to say one threw up on the bus, when i made him clean it he got all beligerant and attacked me. funny huh....he ripped my ribbons off then got tackled by everyone. it was comical. drunk people are stupid. well, heres some pics from a few places we went yesterday.

How was McGillicuddy's? Last time I was there we had a table on the balcony overlooking the street. One of the guys got wasted and threw up over it. It was some funny sh*t! I think just missed some people walking by.

He was from our boat, but he didnt get in trouble. We handled it at our level. I dont like screwing with peoples libo. He was jsut wasted and made a bad decision

her everyone....well, im here on the new orleans, and i think katrina II is out to get us. this little boat is gettin jacked up out here in the ocean. we hit some kinda storm and it sucks. we were out washing the birds in the rain the other day and it was cold as F*** and windy, then as soon as we finished the sun came out for about 3 hours, then back to this hurricane crap. well, we crossed the dateline and hopefully will be pulling into guam here soon. i need a good meal. this boat is really nice, lotsa room, good show, everything is new (motion activated toilets and papertowel dispensers) but they dont have a single phone to call home. oh well, only supposed to be 30-60 days on this thing then back the the good ol boxer (POS) well, i'll keep in touch when i can, very limited access to the internet on here. you all have fun today (well, yesterday for me) kick some bowtie/mopar ass!! gotta go

hey guys....how is everyone. just checking in seein if everythings okay. lettin you know im still alive...lol. emilio, hows my future car doing....lol. so. not much is going on out here in the ocean. we went into guam for 2 days...that was fun, but a lot different on such a small ship. normally that place is crawling with marines, now there was hardly any. weird. tomorrow were pulling into another port. cant tell where, but i got a hotel for 3 nights for only $70. crazy huh. its not thailand either. keep me posted on anything going on. my email is

the new orleans is what it is. the racks and berthing are awesome. the chow is good, but crowded. but there is satelite problems, no connection ability with phones, and it gets rocked around a lot in the sea. overall i like it tho

HEY EVERYONE....lol. hows it going. just checking in lettin you know how its going out here. just hit 5th fleet TAX FREE YAY.....and we just pulled out of the maldives. did operation coconut grove there with their army. one day we had a special flight for the maintenance off the ship to the beach and got to go swimming and go for rides in their armys powerboats. it was awesome. one of the most beautiful places ive ever been. we cheers'd with coconuts(that tasted like ****) and swam. it must have been funny watching all of us run out into the back of the birds carrying kayaks and swimming stuff. wonder how much of the corps money we spent to do that....now were off to do more things in places i will tell you about, but it sounds exciting. hope all is going well, and i will keep in touch as much as i can. the boat lost and engine yesterday so i think we might have an extended port in some ****hole in the near future. if so i'll keep ya posted

BJ, glad to hear from you. I hope you are able to see our pictures from the last couple of events. Breakfast at Balboa and West 78 shootout. Great turnout for both and WS really represented. We had a few group shots on the freeway and they look impressive.

hey man, im glad to hear there were such good turnouts. i get to look at pics every now and then, but there is only 6 computers on this boat for 46 of us to share, so there is not a long time for each person. then add in that it takes 5 mins to load each page and you can almost forget it. i did however get to look at the mustangs vs the world vids and pics when i was in penang...it looked awesome. i wish i could have been there. all you guys with your fast cars making me feel slow....lol

Glad your doing ok man. If you hit the 5th fleet then you might be pulling into Bahrain. When you see the little bity ships there..those are mine. Well...I go on them every deployment. Minesweepers and I'm a MN1 who runs the armory and the small arms instructor. Look forward to meeting you when you get back-shane

i got a buddy on the lake champlain thats an armorer and instructor. pretty cool. small world. we are in the 5th fleet, but i cant really say where were going. i'll probably see those boats tho
