what oil do you use, and when do u change it

I think everyone is set in their ways and I am sure no oil is better than another because with all the car tests and punishment mustangs go through they would have found one by now if it truely stood out above the rest. Just maintain your car and make sure to change the oil HA HA if you dont it wont matter what kind you use.
although seizing up an engine is kind of exhilerating!!!!! but I just like to break stuff!!!!!

I nuked a K-block, solid lifter 289 once at about 6500 R's... we quit counting piston pieces at 66, cuz that was the year of the car... LOL. There was also a fist-sized hole in the side of the block where the rod came through. I have also been known to lunch rear ends frequently, too. <GRIN>
