Got screwed afterall!!!

Well I sold my Diablo Tuner to this guy on SVTPerformance for $200. He sent me a check for $200 through Navy Federal. I sent him the tuner and he got it. Then I sent him an email and asked if he had gotten it alright. He said it was locked and he wasnt happy. I showed the tuner to Bill when he picked up my Cobra and the tuner said last tune written ORIGINAL BACK UP. Pretty sure that means the tuner was NOT LOCKED. So I sent him an email and told him to take a pic of the tuner and if it had my VIN on it I would send himi the money immediatly. Well he put a stop on my account and took his money back. HOW CAN THIS BE POSSIBLE??? So crooks can be crooks all legal like? My Cobra doesnt use Diablo so I wouldnt have kept in my computer for sure!-Shaneps..and he is a dayum MARINE who you would have expected to to have core values!

This is why I do local and cash only. I got screwed on the first 2 things I bought for my mustang, an AOD tranny that was "rebuilt" but actually had a bad valve body and a 3200 stall torque converter that knocks. People are out there dude. But Karma will get them.

Negative..the tuner was loaded with the tune. The scam is to tune his car with the tuner and then say it wasnt loaded. This is what he did. This happened to me in the past.

Thanks James..not sure contacting his command would do much good but I have a feeling I am going to do so.

Well he cried to the moderators and they deleted the thread. Not before he sent me this...

That was very rude of you to make a post like that. I sent you an e-mail with the pictures. The tuner does say the last tune written was the orignal back up, and it has my VIN under show VIN. But, it still gives me the messages I sent you pictures of. I just got another Tuner today from 3Pete and it worked fine, no issues at all. I don't know what is up with your tuner....I just know it doesn't work for me. I had to pay $20 to stop payment, because I thought you were screwing me. If you would like, you can have your friends come visit me, and I will show them everything I am telling you.

And they deleted the thread...I was just getting started because I have been a member of his actual club for about 5 years as I was stationed in that area and he doesnt know that yet. He had best send it back with the tune in it.

This is one reason why stay away from SVT site . The moderators there are plain IGNORANT! LL is the biggest one!:rofl::rofl:....fag!:nonono:

Well holy ****..LL banned me on SVTP for posting up about that tool. :nonono: He said I was told to take it to PMs but I received nothing in the thread or a PM from the admin. :nonono:
