Escrow is supposed to be closed by dec 31st but that may change because i just locked my rate for my Va loan. I ended up with a 6.1% apr so im pretty happy about that. The drive way has enough room to pretty much park a damn semi truck and the garage it self is quite large. So there alot features with this property that i like. I should be moving around or just after christmas. well see though.

gangs and drugs, probationers and parolees, that's pretty much spring valley. I did quite a few sweeps and warrant service in that area. But mainly on the east side of the 125 on Jamacha Blvd and Rd area. Don't mean to scare you 02. But where your house is alright.

But Paradise Valley Rd area is basically pretty decent. Mainly families and most people have lived there for a long time.
