I found out yesterday that the house has a cracked slab, whick is a major NO NO, but the good news is the crack isn't that bad and it hasn't shifted or cracked any of the walls, so... im getting an expert out there today to see how much it will take to fix it then submit the repair request to the bank.
thats no bueno but good luck with the inspection
