Congrats on the house, alittle bit of advise. I am currently in Escrow too and I should be closing next monday. What GT400SC said about buying something new. Don't open any thing with credit because it will make your intrest rate go up. I hope you got an inspection on the house. That saved me 4K on my place that the seller had to pay for.

yeah im thing a fox drag car would fit there nicely. As far as spring valley, yep that is the hood but the street i'll be on is quite nice.
